1. You must be at least 18 years old. Subscribing to these services for those under 18 years of age is considered a violation of the User Agreement.
2. It is prohibited to post any content that violates Islamic law, obscene, defamatory, racist, terrorist, or destructive content.
3. It is prohibited to use BizoCore services for sites for songs, movies, series, video and audio chat, or sites that rely on a webcam communication system.
4. We reserve the right to terminate any account proven to be involved in any prohibited activities at any time (with/or without) prior notice to the customer. Depending on the circumstances of the matter, we may resort to communicating with law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with them in any resulting investigation.
5. Accounts banned as a result of violating the terms of service are not eligible for a refund of any services
6. You are committed to respecting customers during any communications between them and company employees. Insulting any company employee may lead to blocking your account and us.
7. The client is fully responsible for the contents of his sites and the sites of his workers, and he is the only one who will be held accountable for any violations thereof.
8. It is strictly prohibited to violate intellectual property rights, copyrights, or materials that require the approval of their owner to be published
9. It is prohibited to host websites (hackers, pirated programs, and proxies), and any violating website will be stopped.
10. Amending your personal account or some of its important information may require identity confirmation via SMS text messages or phone calls
11. When you complete the registration process in BizoCore, you will receive a message containing the password for your account. Keeping your account information confidential and secure is your responsibility first and foremost. You also bear full responsibility for any activities that take place through your account, and you must contact our team when you discover this. Any unauthorized access to your account or any account hacking, we are not obligated to compensate for any losses resulting from failure to fulfill this clause.
12. The final responsibility lies with the client to confirm that the site is working properly after completing the transfer process and to test it to detect any possible errors.
13. You acknowledge and agree that upon expiration of the domain it may be made available for public registration by the domain registrar
14. If the domain is not renewed within the grace period, it will be suspended, and the visitor may be transferred to a virtual page that displays that the site is not working, and the page may also display some advertisements.
15. We are committed to maintaining and solving any technical problems related to our servers. We do not provide free technical support for the site, including the software codes, templates, content management systems, and add-ons it contains.
16. We are committed not to change server prices throughout the customer’s subscription period without prior notice, and any change in prices or specifications takes place after alerting the customer, which is a rare occurrence.
17. Fees may be imposed on amounts recovered via certain payment methods, including but not limited to (bank transfers, Western Union), and these fees will be deducted from the value of the refunded amount.
